Roberta, or Bobbie, was known as an independent woman who did things her own way.
Born in Vancouver, and grew up in West Vancouver, Bobbie was a trailblazing career woman. After several years in California, she retired in Vancouver, where she was an active member of the Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club, and spent her summers in Halfmoon Bay. Always a traveller, Bobbie continued to explore the globe, and she loved to cook and entertain her friends.
A life-long nature and animal protector, Bobbie left a portion of her life’s earnings to helping cats in need. This fund will be used to support charities in BC that provide cat welfare.
