Leadership Lab - Session 5: Organizational 'Renovation'

This session will help organizations think through and prepare a financial model of the "before and after" of major events such as starting, expanding, acquiring or reducing a program, purchasing, receiving a major donation, or disposing of an asset. If you are looking at "renovating" your organizations, this session can help you to evaluate the future financial state after the change. If you are experiencing a period of significant change in your operating and funding environment, you may need to undertake "renovations" and this is a session that can help.
