This fund was created in 2010 through a bequest from Elizabeth Burne who resided in West Vancouver for over 50 years and who loved to walk the sea walk with her husband John Holland (Holly) Burne. Grants from this fund support the improvement and beautifying of the sea walk between 25th Avenue and the Capilano River and the trail up the west side of the Capilano River to the Cleveland Dam and all parklands adjoining the sea walk and trail within West Vancouver.
