Established in 1989, the Christina Lawson Scholarship is awarded to a student who has demonstrated involvement in music and/or drama pursuits and is committed to including music and/or drama as part of their career plan. Students must also show evidence of community service and have a high academic standing. Financial need of the recipient will also be considered. This scholarship is awarded to a student who resides in West Vancouver and is enrolling in a post-secondary institution in Canada or the United States. Preference is given to students enrolling in a Canadian institution.
The Gertrude Lawson Scholarship is awarded to a student who intends to pursue studies in Education, has evidence of community service and will be enrolling in a post-secondary institution in BC. This scholarship is awarded to a student residing in West Vancouver. Financial need will also be considered.
